Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed by consumers through the online shop www.argahome.de with

A consumer in the sense of these T&Cs is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an non-binding invitation to order.

By submitting the order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the products contained in the shopping cart.

The contract is concluded as soon as the Seller confirms the order by email or ships the goods.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices stated on the website are in Euros and include the statutory value-added tax.

Additional shipping costs will be displayed to the customer during the ordering process.

For deliveries outside Germany, additional taxes or customs duties may apply.

5. Delivery

Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the customer.

Shipping is carried out by parcel service providers or freight forwarders, depending on the product, e.g.:

The delivery time is specified on the respective product page.

Should an item not be available, the customer will be informed immediately.

6. Payment Terms

Payment can be made via the payment methods offered in the online shop, in particular:

Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of the Seller until full payment has been received.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.

9. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights according to the provisions of the German Civil Code (BGB) apply.

10. Liability

The Seller is liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence.

In cases of slight negligence, the Seller is only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable damage.

Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

11. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR platform):

However, the Seller is not obliged and generally not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

12. Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

13. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these T&Cs be or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

14. Contract Language

The contract language is German.

15. Storage of the Contract Text

The contract text is not stored by the Seller.
The order data will be sent to the customer by email.
Past orders can be viewed in the customer account, provided a customer account has been created.
