We deliver within Germany and the EU.

Shipping Methods

Depending on the product type and size, shipping is handled by our shipping partners DHL, DPD, GLS, or Hermes.
For larger and bulky items (e.g., mattresses, beds, or furniture), delivery is made by a freight forwarder or our own delivery team.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are product-dependent and are indicated on the respective product pages.

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery will take place approximately 1 to 4 weeks after the conclusion of the contract.

Please note that for freight forwarding deliveries, an appointment will be scheduled.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are transparently displayed on the respective product pages and during the order process.

Returns

In the event of a withdrawal, customers bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed.

For bulky goods (e.g., mattresses or furniture), higher return costs may arise.

Delivery Information

Please ensure that the delivery address is correctly provided.

For freight forwarding deliveries, delivery is made to the curb, unless otherwise agreed.

Should delivery not be possible due to incorrect information or non-acceptance, we reserve the right to pass on any additional costs incurred as a result.
